Is it possible to find a job on a boat from Europe to the US? - how do i find cruising spots

Hello. I moved back to Europe, USA and was thinking about trying to find a place on a ship for the journey. I thought either cruise ships or cargo ships, I'm not really picky. Any ship with an open space that works for me. I thought of leaving in mid-December in Rotterdam, Antwerp and Le Havre, but I'm open to everything. Fate does not matter, anywhere in North America could work. If anyone has an idea how they might apply, or those which might be helpful, really appreciate it. For example, it may seem, and ask any outstanding? Thank you in advance for any advice!
